Hiring process
Screening
The document screening is conducted based on the information provided in the application form and our company’s recruitment plans. Applicants may request the return of their application documents in accordance with applicable laws.
False statements or falsification of supporting documentation may result in rejection. In such cases, you will be ineligible to apply for future positions for the next five years.
Interview process
One or two rounds of interviews are held to assess your fit with our values, basic competencies, and personality.
Employment medicals
Conducted by our designated professional institution.
Final selections
After final acceptance, candidates will be assigned to a department and undergo on-the-job training (OJT) to be developed into an Aimer.
